font-size: 1.05em;\">\n<p>El \u00e1rea de Disciplinas Asociadas (Defensa Personal) de la Escuela Federativa Andaluza, con el fin de promocionar esta actividad entre nuestros deportistas federados, convocar\u00e1 durante esta temporada 2025-2026 cursos de formaci\u00f3n con los siguientes objetivos principales:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: #f9f9f9; border-left: 5px solid #27ae60; padding: 20px; border-radius: 4px; margin-bottom: 30px;\">\n<ul style=\"font-size: 0.95em; line-height: 1.6; margin: 0; padding-left: 20px; color: #333;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n del paso de grado<\/strong> (para examen \u00fanico o c\u00f3mputo de horas\/cr\u00e9ditos).<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Formaci\u00f3n continua<\/strong> para aquellos deportistas de cualquiera de las disciplinas que simplemente quieran estar al d\u00eda en cuanto a t\u00e9cnicas, defensa y destreza de las mismas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>Capacitaci\u00f3n en t\u00e9cnica de movilidad:<\/strong> escape de cogida de una o dos mu\u00f1ecas, en 360 grados y defensa contra arma blanca (cuchillo).<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udd2a <strong>Material necesario:<\/strong> un cuchillo o tanto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- TABLA DE GRADOS --><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #27ae60;
